public class MainIngestionReportHandler extends io.netty.channel.SimpleChannelInboundHandler<io.netty.handler.codec.http.FullHttpRequest>
This class is the handler class for MainIngestionMonitorService. It handles IngestionTaskReport sent from child process and triggers corresponding notifier actions. For all these status, the handler will notify all the registered notifiers in main process.
